Some Facts: One of the oldest ways of preparing coffee, especially known in the countries of Eastern Europe and Middle–West. The art of ibrik coffee starts from the proper grinding in millstones. The various utensils and their materials (copper, brass, bronze) provide even distribution of heat, quickly reaching the proper temperature.
Profile: A unique brewing method and probably the only one that can offer such duration since ground coffee remains in the solution and extraction is continued.
