Microfarm Jingle Blend

A very festive idea came to us few months ago… The creation of a very festive coffee that reminds you of Christmas and will be of limited quantity. We then traveled to three micro-farms in Brazil (Fazenda Matinha), Rwanda (Gihombo) and Colombia (Ibague), and we discovered three unique specialty varieties. Their union created a unique coffee blend, with rare flavors, that will not reappear.

Our trip…

Brazil is characterized by two well-defined seasons: a dry winter and a rainy summer. The high percentage of organic matter in its soils makes it a real haven for the production of high quality Arabica coffee. Our trip was beautiful, we tried a lot of coffees, but we ended up with choosing the best!

Rwanda is blessed with ideal coffee growing conditions that include high altitude, regular rainfall and volcanic soils. Adventurous and rainy our trip there, but it was worth it because it gave us a fantastic coffee.

In Colombia, volcanic soil cultivation and temperature fluctuations make the area excellent for growing coffee. One day before our return to Greece, we tried a strong coffee that won us from the first cupping.
