Carnival is the celebration of colors, fun, and dance. This year, it’s a very different year for everyone. Our mission is to keep the spirit of Carnival alive.
The carnival colors and aromas will be transformed into Confetti beverages. The parties, the spree and the music will flood our homes with Coffee Island Spotify carnival lists. We need masks and hats to be in a carnival mood, here you will find the way to make them simply and quickly.
So, we created a series of online actions, events, and of course new flavors dedicated to the carnival period to enjoy unique carnival moments with undiminished fun and from the security of our home.

Carnival (or Triodion) is named after the three weeks before Lent. These days it becomes the custom of feasting, entertainment and "masquerading", of disguise, which has remained from old "national" festivals of the Roman era, the festivities dedicated to the descent of the god Saturn from the Sun Jupiter: Kronia, "Lupercalia" and "Saturnalia" and one of the oldest "Dionysian festivals" of the Greeks, where people dressed up, danced, sang while drinking wine and the fun reached its peak in honor of Dionysus.
In modern Greece, bigger centers of the carnival spree were, as today, Patras, Plaka in Athens, Thebes and Kozani. Internationally, Catholics and Orthodox Christians only deal with Carnival, while in Protestant northern Europe it does not exist. In Cologne and other Rhine cities in Germany, Carnival is an important part of local tradition and anti-political criticism. Another famous Carnival is in Venice and Nice in France. The Carnival of Rio de Janeiro is considered one of the largest in the world and most numerous in a spectacular presentation where it is combined with traditional frantic dances such as Samba.
