Coffee Cold Brew Beer
It is brewed at the wonderful NISSOS microbrewery in Tinos, using Greek roasted, "black" barley and brome malt, exotic aromatic hops, and a blend of Arabica specialty coffee (Obata Brazil and Castillo Colombia monovarietal beans) that is roasted to a medium-dark degree in the roastery of Coffee Island in Patras.
A marriage that comes exclusively to Coffee Island stores to give a special character of enjoyment with:
Intense taste and aromas of coffee, chocolate and dark fruits
Low bitterness, low acidity, high sweetness
Rich foam and body.
Moderate alcohol 5% (from fermentation)
