ICED BREW OF THE DAY

Freshly ground coffee beans are brewed, and the coffee is then separated from the grounds with a filter, which can be paper, metal, cloth, or plastic. Hot water is used in the brewing, but the coffee drips onto ice. It is then typically served in a glass with ice.
