Coffee Cold Brew Beer It is brewed at the wonderful NISSOS microbrewery in Tinos, using Greek roasted, "black" barley and brome malt, exotic aromatic hops, and a blend of Arabica specialty coffee (Obata Brazil and Castillo Colombia monovarietal beans) that is roasted to a medium-dark degree in the roastery of Coffee Island in Patras.
