During the following months, Ethiopia will be the star of our coffee shops, as the Microfarm Project is dedicated to the birthplace of coffee. Ethiopia Damo is the first Microfarm in the Ethiopia Motherland series, which includes four separate Microfarm coffees that will be available at our coffee shops one after one!

It all started, a few months earlier, when our team traveled to the distant birthplace of coffee Africa, seeking of adventure and of the discovering of new areas, farms, growers, with the sole purpose of continually evolving and being able to offer consumers new tasteful and unique experiences, through our Microfarm Project! What did they discover? Great stories wrapped in flavors and aromas. From the story of two elder people who have lived their lives cultivating rare coffee beans, to the rarest and most unique method of processing coffee which results to... alcoholic cup profile!

ETHIOPIA DAMO

The 18th Microfarm Project coffee is named after the village where it is processed, in the Bensa area of Sidama. In this small village, local small-scale growers work diligently to produce high quality coffee and using improved production and processing techniques. With passion, they cultivate in order to offer specialty coffees with constant and unalterable taste characteristics.
